Our next and final meeting with all those going will be Thursday, March 6th at 4 p.m. Dr. Moerschel will be in town and it will be the last face-to-face meeting before the trip begins on April 2nd. Things are moving along as far as the donations from Mylan. I am waiting for the 501C3 to send - they have my license. Once they have the non-profit paperwork we are good to go. We will each be responsible for taking part of the medications in our luggage. Dr. Hewitt does not think he needs the surgical trays, but he needs all the BP cuffs we can get him.
Everybody will need to get a "student" visa as the last piece of paperwork. Please go to the link I have previously provided. You will have to have 4 forms and 4 passport photos to get the visa. So don't wait until the last minute to get the photos taken. Processing time is approximately one week. Posting pictures is easy and I think video would be just the same. See everybody in March !
