Hi everyone....
Dr. Moerschel is at the Nutrition Center [Koko Du] where she finds patients with Kwashiorkor and Marasumus. Then the ladies and their babies head down to the mill with the very heavy (like >50 lbs) containers of food on their head, which will be ground to make porridge.
